The massager PSS MM 3000 is designed for massaging, mixing and salting meat in a vacuum during the production of smoked meats.
The massager is a drum mounted on a frame in a horizontal position. Behind the drum, in the closed part of the frame, the drum drive, vacuum system and electrical cabinet are mounted. The control panel is located at the top of the frame. The vacuum system allows you to achieve a vacuum depth of up to 95%. The process of processing products in massagers is carried out automatically according to a program specified by the operator.
Specially designed massage blades with different speeds ensure high-quality massage of the product and thus guarantee excellent results. PSS MM are characterized by fast and perfect unloading, which leads to a minimum product residue in the device after processing.
The massager can be equipped with a loading device.
