ICEMATIC ice machines are designed to produce ice in the form of slush ice. Ice with an average temperature of -7°C and a thickness of 0.9 to 1.2 mm is the coldest and driest of its kind. Hard and dry ice flakes have a large contact surface for rapid cooling.
The flake ice produced by ICEMATIC ice machines is characterized by an exceptionally low moisture content (approx. 2%). Flat, dry and supercooled ice has a pure white color and is ideal for prolonging the freshness of any product. Ice machines have many applications, such as supermarkets, restaurants, catering establishments, meat and fish processing plants, shops, markets, seaports, the pharmaceutical sector. They are also used in the bakery and confectionery industry for kneading dough in the production of puff pastries.
Productivity: from 250 kg/day to 1600 kg/day.
The production system includes a stainless steel cylindrical vertical evaporator that produces ice and a freely rotating blade that removes the resulting ice in thin sheets. Ice generators can be equipped with Icematic storage bins.
