Creamer De DANIELI C-80 is designed for preparing various hot creams, melting and tempering chocolate, ice cream mixtures and other products. They are used in confectionery shops, ice-cream parlors, canteens.
The creamer is equipped with a bowl with double walls and a kneading body. The cavity between the walls is filled with thermal oil, so that the contents do not burn or stick to the walls. Heating is fast and homogeneous thanks to the large burner equipped with nozzles for different types of gas. Also, heating can be carried out using heating elements, the power of which is regulated by a telethermostat. An acoustic signal indicates the readiness of the product. To extract the cream, the bowl is easily turned over with the help of a lever. For safety reasons, the bowl is covered with a special grate with a switch.
