The RUHLE PR 20 injector is designed to inject brine into any type of meat product. Made entirely of stainless steel.
The injector combines modern salting technologies, precise manufacturing of parts, the possibility of fast and high-quality cleaning of the machine.
The product is fed by a plate conveyor made of stainless steel. The conveyor securely holds the product and moves it gently with millimeter precision. The needle fastening system contains springs that allow easy penetration through the pig skin, but minimizing needle breakage when salting meat on the bones. A number of technical details ensure the uniformity of the brine injection at a minimum consumption. The powerful stainless steel pump guarantees a stable brine pressure between 0.5 and 4.3 bar and allows reliable pumping even of viscous liquids. Special knives loosen the meat tissue and make the final product more tender.
The injector can additionally be equipped with a manual single-needle injector for salting large pieces of meat.
