DOX 25M is an electronic water dispenser and mixer with external hydraulics and thermostatic control. The DOX 25M water dispenser optimizes the water dosing process, ensures dosing accuracy and maintains water temperature with an error tolerance of less than 1% for dosing and 1.5°C for temperature. The temperature is set using the knob on the thermostatic mixing valve. The dispenser maintains the set temperature even if the inlet temperature changes. Suitable for small bakeries;
The dispenser is equipped with a remote control panel with a microprocessor and permanent memory. The latest settings are always saved in memory. The control panel displays the dose and water temperature values, there are also buttons STOP, START, decreasing and increasing parameters.
DOX dispensers can be controlled remotely via serial interface or remote commands.
